Markt at Swissôtel Clark

I am sure to come back to Markt as often as I can. Their breakfast is far above anything else in Clark by way of range of offerings and taste. Their service leaves nothing to be desired. Staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. They keep on checking if everything is ok without being annoying. That is a mark of good training and good instincts. At our breakfast, freshly baked croissants were on offer. And they have no equal. Cappuccino is a good complement to it. Eggs can be done in ANY way you wish and brought to your table. Fruits are good and they have a wide range to choose from. Be prepared for good sized crowds near 9am. Tables are sufficiently spaced apart to allow small groups to talk without need to shout.

It’s my 4th time at Markt in Swissôtel Clark and it’s always an amazing dining experience. I love the warm and inviting ambience, with the stunning, colorful interiors to top it off. The food was exceptional—flavorful and beautifully presented. The food selection was impressive. My personal favorites: Truffle pasta Fish and Chips Caesar Salad and the Steak! The staff went above and beyond, providing attentive and friendly service. I highly recommend Markt at Swissôtel Clark! I can't wait to go back!

My dining experience at MARKT was good! The first thing that stood out was the excellent service provided by the waitstaff. They were incredibly attentive, helpful, and quick to respond to any needs. MARKT offers an unlimited buffet option, but what sets them apart is their unique approach for non-buffet diners. Instead of a traditional menu, you visit different food stations to place your orders, and the dishes are delivered fresh to your table once prepared. The food was absolutely delicious, with the Angus Beef steak being a standout highlight. To top it off, they offer a complimentary cake if you’re celebrating a special occasion. Overall, I highly recommend MARKT for its outstanding service, innovative dining concept, and delectable food!

They had a great selection of food for their breakfast buffet. I just wish we had more time. We arrived just minutes before breakfast ended. My favorites would be the hash browns, sausages, bacon and definitely the crispy salmon with sauce.

Markt is one of the many restaurants inside Swissotel in Clark in Pampanga. This restaurant serves as the buffet breakfast restaurant in the morning but becomes an ala carte restaurant after. They have several sections in this restaurant with a grill section where you can get various meats and seafood, a pasta section, a salad section, and more. You can go to each section to order and just tell the wait staff your table number so they can bring it over. Food quality is excellent and I enjoyed everything I ordered. Highly recommended!

Markt has one of the best breakfast buffet offerings for a five-star hotel, incomparable even to Conrad Hotel in Manila or Henann Resorts in Boracay. They have a warm/hot and cold sections: warm/hot refers to the main meals and dishes they offer (Filipino food fair, Western, Noodle Station, Congee Station, Eggs station, other entrees), while the cold section refers to the drinks, pastries, salads, cold cuts, fruits, and gelato section. They have a good selection of European sausages alongside American breakfast options. If you want to watch your rice intake, they have oatmeal, champorado (glutinous rice soup), noodle station, and quinoa. Best option for the eggs station is their omelette. Plant-based milk options are also available: soymilk and almond milk. My favorite from the salad station is their japanese potato salad (add some greens for more crunch). You can also put cold cuts and cheese on the side (check out their gruyere slices and hams). Fruits are sweet, pastries are good (best for me is the pudding), and the yogurts are fresh. By the way, they also have fresh fruit and veggie juices with no added sugar. For my personal recos, don't skip the hamonado longanisa, maple-flavored bacon, danggit, and okoy. Do not leave without sampling their gelato—ube, matcha, and cheesecake are their best-sellers. Ask for decaf coffee when you're experiencing GERD, put some almond milk, and use splenda. Shoutout to their very helpful staff, Jasper, who was very helpful with table set-up and in bussing out the used plates, glasses, and utensils. Overall, you will never regret eating at Markt—this is my standard of five-star breakfast buffet, at least, for now. Definitely a good try, and defo will return (IF THERE'S A CHANCE) in the future.
